Warranty Coverage

Ukiah Optical is an authorized dealer of premium eyewear products. Ukiah Optical is not responsible for warranty repairs or defects of any non-customized, non-prescription eyewear products purchased from us. We will, however, gladly aid in obtaining the information necessary for you to contact and provide proof of purchase to the manufacturing company for any repairs or warranties through the manufacturing company. Most companies have a one-year manufacturer defect warranty from date of purchase. Please note that the determination of warranty is entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer.



Eyewear frames purchased with prescription lenses and the products that have been customized in anyway at your request void the manufacturer's warranty. Ukiah Optical takes pride in working with you and your eye doctor to resolve any issues with prescription lenses that you are not 100% satisfied with. Ukiah Optical is not responsible for prescription lens orders made using expired prescriptions, and such orders cannot be returned or refunded.
